sementara untuk pengertian hardskill atau sebagai orang menyebutnya  Hard Competence sebagai berikut :

The hard competence referring to job-specific abilities, and relevance will be about specific knowledge relating to “up to date” systems.

Dari pengertian antara sofkill dan hardskill dapat kita menyimpulkan :
